<br /> <br />..,,~~~21...~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,500 IN THE FY 2009-2010 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND TO FUND A PORTION OF <br />THE COST OF OBTAINING GUARDIANSHIP OF SIX INDIVIDUALS <br />DIAGNOSED WITH INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund the sum of $4,500 allocated to the Portsmouth Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental <br />Services. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used to fund a portion of the cost of obtaining <br />guardianship of six individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $4,500. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 27, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
