<br /> <br />..? ~~ ~-19 9 , <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE FY 2009-2010 ECONOMIC <br />STIMULUS FUND THE SUM OF $4,808,250 RECEIVED THROUGH THE <br />VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR THE PRENTIS PARK <br />WATERLINE REPLACEMENT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br /> <br />(2006): <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $4,808,250, received from the Virginia Department of <br />Health for the Prentis Park Waterline Replacement Capital Improvement Project, is <br />appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 Economic Stimulus Fund for said Project. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Economic Stimulus Fund <br />are increased by $4,808,250. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 13,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
