<br /> <br />1J.~009..-;98 " <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE FY 2009-2010 GENERAL FUND <br />THE SUM OF $12,509.05 IN UNEXPENDED YEAR-END FY 2008-2009 STATE <br />PUBLIC HEALTH FUNDS TO BE USED FOR ADDITIONAL PUBLIC HEALTH <br />PROGRAM COSTS, INCLUDING REPAIRS TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH <br />FACILITY ON HIGH STREET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby appropriates in the FY 2009-2010 General Fund the sum of <br />$12,509.05 in unexpended year-end FY 2008-2009 State public health funds. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used for additional Public Health program costs, <br />including repairs to the floor at the Public Health facility on High Street. <br /> <br />3. That estimated funds in the FY 2009-2010 General Fund are increased by <br />$12,509.05. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 13, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
