<br />ORDIAtU-.. 3 o~ ~-9 7_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE IN THE FY 2009-2010 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND THE SUM OF $3,387,000 DONATED BY THE <br />PORTSMOUTH MUSEUMS FOUNDATION FOR THE EXPANSION AND <br />RENOVATION OF THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of$3,387,000, donated by the Portsmouth Museums <br />Foundation for the expansion and renovation of the Children's Museum, is appropriated <br />in the FY 2009-2010 Capital Improvements Fund. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Capital Improvements Fund <br />are increased by $3,387,000. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 13, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
