<br />ORDDtANCE .. <br /> <br />2009-92 <br /> <br />i ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $319 IN THE FY 2009-2010 LAW <br />LIBRARY FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $319 received by the Circuit Court for the City of <br />Portsmouth pursuant to the class action settlement in the matter of Global Education <br />Services, Inc. v. The Grantsmanship Center, Inc., is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 <br />Law Library Fund. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Law Library Fund are <br />increased by $319. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 22, 2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
