<br />_...~1]P?-~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2009-2010 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $16,548.03 ALLOCATED TO <br />THE PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE <br />SERVICES BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH <br />AND DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES FOR JAIL DIVERSION INITIATIVES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $16,548.03, allocated to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and <br />Developmental Services for Jail Diversion Initiatives, is appropriated in FY 2009-2010 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund; and <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $16,548.03. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 25,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
