<br /> <br />.-3~~~.~~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2009-2010 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $875 ALLOCATED TO THE <br />PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES <br />BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND <br />DEVELOPMENT AL SERVICES FOR EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND <br />RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $875, allocated to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and <br />Developmental Services for emergency preparedness and response activities, is <br />appropriated in FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund; and <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2009-2010 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $875. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on August 25,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
