<br />~.2009-82 <br /> <br />11- l.~"'l\ll~~_.... <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-09-02 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Industrial M-I-R, certain <br />properties described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-09-02, and as <br />Residential RS-75, another property in said Petition, is hereby amended and changed so <br />as to show said properties zoned as Preservation P -1, and that said properties are hereby <br />zoned as Preservation P-l. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Industrial M-I-R and Residential RS-75 to Preservation P-l is furthermore described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-09-02 <br /> <br />Residential RS-75 to Preservation P-1 <br /> <br />2515 Randolph Street (Map 119, Parcel 7) <br /> <br />Industrial M-1-R to Preservation P-1 <br /> <br />2200 Randolph Street (Map 117, Parcel 1) <br />2204 Randolph Street (Map 117, Parcel 2) <br />2208 Randolph Street (Map 117, Parcel 3) <br />2236 Randolph Street (Map 117, Parcel 4) <br />2220 Randolph Street (Map 117, Parcel 5) <br /> <br />3.
