<br />OROIMAMCE 10.2009-69. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,550 FROM <br />THE BUSINESS CONSORTIUM FOR ARTS SUPPORT AND APPROPRIATING <br />SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2009-2010 GRANTS FUND FOR THE OUTDOOR <br />SCULPTURE COMPETITION AND EXHIBITION AT THE COURTHOUSE <br />GALLERIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it accepts a grant the amount of $10,550 from the Business <br />Consortium for Arts Support to be used by the City's Museums for the 2009 Outdoor <br />Sculpture Competition and Exhibition at the Courthouse Galleries. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $10,550 is appropriated in the FY 2009-2010 Grants <br />Fund, and estimated revenues in said Fund are increased by $10,550. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 14,2009. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
