<br /> <br />'II. 20'O~62. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 AND APPENDIX A OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) PERTAINING TO <br />CERTAIN GOLF FEES AT BIDE-A-WEE GOLF COURSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That Sec. 25-148 (a) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia <br />(2006) be amended and reordained to reads as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 25-148. Fees. <br /> <br />(a) Fees generally. Any person desiring to play golf shall first apply to the golf <br />professional of the golf course and pay the fees as set forth in appendix A to this Code <br />and any subsequent amendments thereto before starting to play, <br /> <br />2. That Appendix A of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia be <br />amended to adopted the following amended fees for play at Bide-A-Wee Golf Course: <br /> <br />Green Fees -18 Hole Weekend: <br /> <br />Non Resident <br /> <br />$42.00 <br /> <br />Per Person -March - November <br /> <br />Non Resident- Senior <br /> <br />42.00 <br /> <br />Per Person -March - November <br /> <br />Green Fees -18 Hole Weekdays: <br /> <br />Mon./Tues. Special - Cart Incl. <br /> <br />$28.00 <br /> <br />Per Person -March - November <br /> <br />Twilight After 2:00 <br /> <br />28.00 <br /> <br />Per Person -March - November <br /> <br />Twilight after 4:00 <br /> <br />25.00 <br /> <br />Per Person -March - November <br /> <br />3.
