<br />ORDINAJU IO.~~~:; ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,330 IN MCKINNEY-VENTO <br />HOMELESS ASSISTANCE FUNDS TO BE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />BEHA VIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FOR THE PROGRAM TO ASSIST <br />IN THE TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS (PATH). <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City Council hereby accepts and appropriates the sum of $7,330 <br />received in McKinney-Vento homeless assistance funds in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund for use by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services <br />for the Program to Assist in the Transition from Homelessness (PATH), <br /> <br />2, That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $7,330. <br /> <br />3. That no local match is required, <br /> <br />4.
