No fueling or service facilities permitted. <br />(21) Child Care Not permitted in residential units <br /> <br />(c) AccessOfY uses permitted. <br />(I) Storage of office supplies and merchandise for retail sale, provided such <br />items are normally carried in stock in connection with a permitted office <br />or business use. <br />(2) Swimming pools, tennis courts. <br />(3) Vending machines for food, beverages, and similar merchandise. No more <br />than two such machines shall be permitted on the first floor of an enclosed <br />building. The machines shall be located inside the building and not be <br />visible from any public space. <br />(4) Newspaper boxes, public telephone stations, and similar uses. <br />(5) Other accessory uses, not otherwise prohibited, customarily accessory and <br />incidental to any use permitted by right or use permit. <br /> <br />Section 40-50.17. Modification of an approved master plan. <br /> <br />(a) Any major changes to an approved master plan for a Waterfront W-l district <br />shall be processed only in the manner of approval of the original Waterfront W -1 district. <br />Major changes shall include but not be limited to the following: <br />(1) Changes in use designations <br />(2) Decreases in open space <br />(3) Substantial changes in the location of streets <br />(4) Substantial changes to the design and/or materials of structures <br />(5) Change in the location of any public easement <br />(6) Change in the proportion of housing types by more than ten percent. <br />(7) Changes in the phasing schedule <br />(8) Violation of any condition of the master plan approval procedure <br />(9) Changes in the viewscapes of the building(s) <br /> <br />(b) Minor deviations from an approved master plan for a Waterfront W-ldistrict <br />shall not require an amendment to the approved master plan and may be approved by the <br />planning director. Minor deviations shall include, but not be limited to, the following: <br />(1) Driveway relocations. <br />(2) Structure floor plan revisions. <br />(3) Minor alterations to the architecture of structures and similar replacement <br />of building materials. <br />(4) Facility design modifications for amenities. <br />(5) Modi fications to any dimensional standard by ten percent or less. <br />(6) Substitutions oflandscaping materials within the same genus or minor <br />moditications to landscape plans determined during the construction <br />process to be necessary. <br />
