<br /> ORDINANCE KO. 2.Q9.~:8.~!_ <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $16,495 IN THE FY 2008-2009 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND IN ONE-TIME FUNDS <br />RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, <br />MENTAL RETARDATION, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO BE <br />USED IN THE PART C PROGRAM. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> 1. That the sum of $16,495 received from the Virginia Department of Mental <br />Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services is hereby appropriated in the <br />FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund for use by the Portsmouth <br />Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services for Part C Program funding. <br /> 2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund is hereby increased by the $16,495. <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 9, 2008. <br /> Teste: <br /> City Clerk <br />
