"'\~ '. , 2008-80 <br /> y.\,_ ~,' -'..~i . ,'. ..~." ,....'- <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIA TE $10,000 IN THE FY 2008-2009 <br />BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND IN ONE- TIME FUNDS <br />RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, <br />MENTAL RETARDATION, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO BE <br />USED FOR RECOVERY ORIENTED TRAINING OR THE IMPLEMENTATION <br />OF THE RECOVERY ORIENTED SYSTEM INDICA TOR SURVEY. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> 1. That the sum of $10,000 received from the Virginia Department of Mental <br />Health, Mental Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services is hereby appropriated in the <br />FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund for use by the Portsmouth <br />Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services for recovery oriented training or the <br />implementation of the Recovery Oriented System Indicator survey. <br /> 2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund is hereby increased by the $10,000. <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 9, 2008. <br /> Teste: <br /> City Clerk <br />
