<br /> ORDINANCE NO.~.oo~~,_~ <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIA TE $138,428 IN THE FY 2008-2009 <br />DONATION FUND IN MONIES RECEIVED FROM THE STATE <br />COMPENSA TION BOARD FOR USE BY THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT <br />COURT TO PROVIDE TECHNOLOGY UPDATES FOR THE CLERK'S <br />OFFICE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> 1. That the sum of $138,428 received from the State Compensation Board for <br />use by the Clerk of the Circuit Court for technology updates in the Clerk's Office is <br />hereby appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 Donation Fund. <br /> 2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2008-2009 Donation Fund is hereby <br />increased by the $138,428. <br /> 3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> ADO PTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 9,2008. <br /> Teste: <br /> City Clerk <br />
