<br />ORDiNANCE NO. ~Q 0 8 -} 3 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2008-2009 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2008-2009 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS FUND THE SUM OF $26,513.27 FOR A NEW WILSON HIGH <br />SCHOOL ATHLETIC FACILITIES EDUCATIONAL CAPITAL PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby amends the FY 2008-2009 Capital Improvements Program <br />to establish a Wilson High School Athletic Facilities Educational Capital Project and <br />appropriates the sum of $26,513.27 in the FY 2008-2009 Capital Projects Fund Budget to <br />be used for said Project. <br /> <br />2. That the source of said appropriation is unspent FY 2007-2008 School <br />Board funds that revert to the City under state law. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2009 Capital Projects Fund <br />Budget are increased by $26,513.67. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on October 28, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
