<br />,VJfH <br />.1I11~JIl <br /> <br /> <br />'};} ;;: ,;;~:O <br />I~~~ 2008-72 <br />n\i'~"~~."~..... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2008-2009 BEHA VIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND THE SUM OF $2,250 RECEIVED FROM <br />THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL <br />RETARDATION, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES (DMHMRSAS) FUNDS <br />TO PARTIALLY FUND THE COST FOR OBTAINING GUARDIANS FOR <br />THREE INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED AS MENTALLY RETARDED. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts State Mental Health Child and Adolescent Services <br />Funds in the amount of $2,250 from the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental <br />Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services for use by the Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services to partially fund the cost of obtaining guardians for three individuals <br />diagnosed as mentally retarded. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $2,250 is appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $2,250. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 28, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
