<br />(b) Signage shall include any monument signs that are a maximum of 6' in <br />height with no more than 35 square feet of sign area on each side of the <br />sIgn. <br /> <br />(c) Curb cuts per the submitted site plan. The proposed site plan and building <br />elevation is submitted with this application along with the proposed <br />architectural floor plan and elevations of the proposed facility. <br /> <br />(d) Building shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted <br />architectural rendering. <br /> <br />6.
