<br />, ORDINANCE 10: 0 0 8-6 5 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $70,000 RECEIVED IN VIRGINIA <br />DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL RETARDATION, AND <br />SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES (DMHMRSAS) STATE MENTAL HEALTH <br />CHILD AND ADOLESCENT SERVICES FUNDS AND APPROPRIATING SAID <br />AMOUNT IN THE FY 2008-2009 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES <br />FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE <br />SERVICES TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE COURT SERVICES UNIT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts State Mental Health Child and Adolescent Services <br />Funds in the amount of $70,000 from the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental <br />Retardation, and Substance Abuse Services for use by the Department of Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services to provide services to the Court Services Unit. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $70,000 is appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund are increased by $70,000. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 23, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
