<br />ORDINANCE ..2008 - 66 .... <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $216,575 RECEIVED IN DEPARTMENT <br />OF MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL RETARDATION. AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE <br />SERVICES (VDMHMRSAS) STATE MENTAL HEALTH LAW REFORM <br />FUNDS IN THE FY 2008-2009 BEHA VIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND <br />.~OR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE <br />SERVICES FOR THE MANDATORY OUTPATIENT AND EMERGENCY <br />SERVICES PROGRAMS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts State Mental Health Law Reform funds in the <br />amount of$216,575 from the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation, <br />and Substance Abuse Services for use by the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services for the Mandatory Outpatient Treatment and Emergency Services Programs. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of$216,575 is appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral <br />Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />, 3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2009 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund ar.e increased by $216,575. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 23, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
