<br />ORDlNAtCE II. 2008c:57 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $292,120 <br />FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SERVICES <br />AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2008-2009 GRANTS FUND <br />FOR USE BY THE COMMONWEAL TH'S ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR THE <br />VICTIM WITNESS PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby accepts a grant in the amount of $292, 120 from the Virginia <br />Department of Criminal Justice Services for use by the Commonwealth's Attorney's <br />Office for the Victim Witness Program. <br /> <br />Fund. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $292,120 is appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 Grants <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2009 Grants Fund are increased <br />by $292,120. <br /> <br />4.
