<br />UiUlfMHC[ MO. 2008-56 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2008-2009 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET $14,291 IN FUNDS <br />ALLOCATED BY THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH, <br />MENTAL RETARDATION, AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TO THE <br />PORTSMOUTH DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES <br />FOR PROJECT TREAT STAFF TRAINING. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $14,291 allocated to the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental <br />Retardation, and Substance Abuse is hereby appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund ()perating Budget. <br /> <br />2. That said funds shall be used for training staff serving adolescents with <br />substance use or co-occurring disorders under Project TREAT (Training and Resources <br />for Effective Adolescent Treatment). <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2008-2008 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund ()perating Budget are increased by $14,291. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 22, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
