IT <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPROGRAM $1,100,019 WITHIN THE FY 2007-2008 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $1,100,019 is hereby reprogrammed within the FY 2007- <br />2008 Capital Improvement Fund with the sums of$661,212 and $268,356 being <br />programmed to the Ebony Heights and Brighton/South Portsmouth drainage <br />improvement projects respectively and $170,451 in the CIP Contingency project, <br />available for future programming. <br /> <br />2. That the sources of said funds shall be from the following FY 2007-2008 <br />Capital Improvement Fund projects in the following amounts: <br /> <br />Crawford Roundabout <br />Bart Street Traffic Signal <br />Simonsdale Neighborhood Project <br />Highland Biltmore Project <br /> <br />$ 72,645 <br />14,712 <br />100,047 <br />912,615 <br /> <br />Total $1,100,019 <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 24, 2008. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
