<br />ORlIIAtCE 10.2008-46 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2008-2009 OPERATING BUDGET BY <br />ESTABLISHING A NEW SPECIAL REVENUE FUND DESIGNATED AS THE <br />"SHUTTLE BUS FUND" AND BY APPROPRIATING $15,000 IN SAID FUND. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the FY 2008-2009 Operating Budget be amended by the <br />establishment of a new special revenue fund to be designated as the "Shuttle Bus Fund." <br /> <br />2. That the purpose of the new Fund will be to allow the sale of day passes <br />for the newly-created Downtown Loop shuttle and to separate sales revenues from <br />general city revenues. <br /> <br />Fund. <br /> <br />3. That the sum of$15,000 be appropriated in the FY 2008-2009 Shuttle Bus <br /> <br />4.
