<br />ORDINANCE NO.2007~49 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,809,406 IN THE FY 2006-2007 SOCIAL <br />SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of$I,809,406 is hereby appropriated in the FY Social <br />Services Fund Operating Budget to be employed as a local match to ensure full state <br />reimbursement for all locally provided program costs for FY 2006-2007. <br /> <br />2. That the funding source of said appropriation is a transfer offunds from <br />the FY 2006-2007 General Fund. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Social Services Fund <br />Operating Budget are increased by $1,809,406. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on April 24, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
