<br />ORDINANCE NO.2007-4~__ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $996,610 IN THE FY 2006-2007 <br />COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES ACT FUND OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $996,61 0 is hereby appropriated in the FY <br />Comprehensive Services Act Fund Operating Budget to be employed as a local match to <br />ensure full state reimbursement for all locally provided program costs for FY 2006-2007. <br /> <br />2. That the funding source of said appropriation is a transfer of funds from <br />the FY 2006-2007 General Fund. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Comprehensive Services <br />Act Fund Operating Budget are increased by $996,610. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on April 24, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
