<br />ORDINANCE No.2~-=-4J <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $455,000 IN THE FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL <br />PROJECTS FUND FOR FIRST COLLEGE EDUCATIONAL CAPITAL <br />PROJECT EXPENDITURES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $455,000 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 <br />Capital Projects Fund, and that estimated revenues in said Fund are increased by <br />$455,000. <br /> <br />2. That the funding source of said appropriation is interest earnings from the <br />investment of bond sale proceeds. <br /> <br />3. That said appropriation shall be expended for First College educational <br />capital; project expenditures. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on April 24, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
