<br />wnulltANGE HO.....f007-O"'~. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY'S FY 2006-2007 WASTE <br />MANAGEMENT FUND OPERATING BUDGET BY APPROPRIATING AN <br />ADDITIONAL $781,220 FROM FUNDS RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF AN <br />INCREASE IN SOLID WASTE FEES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $781,220 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 <br />Waste Management Fund Operating Budget to provide funds to pay for an increase in <br />solid waste tipping fees and landfill closure and post closure costs. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />\\ aste fees. <br /> <br />That the source of the funds appropriated shall be an increase in solid <br /> <br />3.
