<br />!ipnll!f:!,''-': .. <br />,! l' ~ j..!/t~ <br />.~ -' ~ . . .~. <br /> <br />2007-07 <br />, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $85,824 IN THE FY <br />2006-2007 BEHAVIORAL HEAL THCARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND <br />VEHICLES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth. Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $85,824 in Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) funds has <br />been allocated to the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services by the Virginia <br />Department of Mental Health Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services for the <br />purchase of computer equipment and vehicles. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $85,824 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund Operating Budget for such purposes, and that <br />estimated revenue in said Fund is increased by the same amount. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on January 9, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
