<br />GHDINANCE NO.2007-110 <br /> <br />--......~~- <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-14 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RS-75, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-14, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-1, and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Commercial C-1. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RS-75 to Commercial C-1 is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-07-14 <br /> <br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the <br />buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and <br />being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and bounded and <br />described as follows: Beginning at the northern corner of <br />the intersection of Rapidan Street and Greenwood Drive, <br />proceed N 24036'W as distance of 198.17 feet to a point <br />along Rapidan Street; thence N 24038'51"W a distance of <br />39.36 feet to a point; thence N 65004'E a distance of 100.00 <br />feet to a point; thence S 24036'42" E a distance of238.9 feet <br />to a point; thence S 67014'13" W a distance of 100.00 feet <br />along Greenwood Drive to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3.
