<br />tJROINANCE NO.2007-109 <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-13 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Downtown D-2-R (Residential), <br />the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-13, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-I(Industrial), <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-I (Industrial). <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Downtown D-2-R (Residential) to Downtown D-2-I (Industrial) is further described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-07 -13 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point at the northerly corner of Perry Street <br />and MacArthur Avenue; thence, in a northwesterly <br />direction 108.81'::1: to a point; thence, in a northeasterly <br />direction 110'::1: to a point; thence, in a southeasterly <br />direction 86'::1: to a point; thence, in a northwesterly <br />direction 112'::1: to a point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on December 11,2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
