<br />.i~ntlIAlII'r. 2007- 97 <br />UI\UI"1V\IWIt - -I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $147,040 FROM <br />THE STATE COMPENSATION BOARD AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME <br />AMOUNT IN THE FY 2007-2008 GENERAL FUND OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />TECHNOLOGY UPDATES BEING IMPLEMENTED BY THE CLERK OF THE <br />CIRCUIT COURT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it accepts funds from the State Compensation Board in the amount of <br />$147,040 for technology updates being implemented by the Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br /> <br />2. That the sum of $147,040 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2007-2008 <br />General Fund Operating Budget. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2007-2008 General Fund Operating <br />Budget are increased by $147,040. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on October 23,2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
