<br />OilJJ!NAHC[ ~ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-12 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-12, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75 and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Office Residential OR-75. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Office Residential OR-75 is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-07-12 <br /> <br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the <br />buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and <br />being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and bounded and <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast comer of <br />the intersection of Turnpike Road and Lenora A venue <br />proceed northeast along the southeastern side of Turnpike <br />Road a distance of 104 feet to a point; thence Southeast a <br />distance of 76 feet to a point; thence Southwest a distance <br />of 128 feet to a point; thence northwest along the <br />northeastern side of Lenora Avenue a distance of 59 feet to <br />a point; thence northeast a distance of 25 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on September 25,2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
