<br />OR~~ <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-11. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Downtown D-2-I (Industrial), the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-11, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-Q (Office), <br />and that said property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-Q (Office). <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Downtown D-2-I (Industrial) to Downtown D-2-Q (Office) is furthermore described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Z-07-11 <br /> <br />Beginning at the northwest comer of the intersection of County <br />Street and Constitution Avenue (formerly Sixth Street); thence 60', <br />more or less, in a westerly direction along the northern line of <br />County Street to a point; thence in a northerly direction 100' to a <br />point; thence in an easterly direction 60' to a point; thence 100' in <br />a southerly direction along the western line of Constitution A venue <br />to a point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on September 25, 2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
