<br />tJRDtM[ .. 200) -81. <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-10 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-10, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-R Residential, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-R Residential. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Downtown D-2-R Residential furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-07-10 <br /> <br />That parcel, described as beginning at a point on the eastern <br />line of Godwin Street, said point being approximately <br />seventy-five feet south of the southeast comer of the <br />intersection of Columbia Street and Godwin Street. Thence <br />proceeding S86058'25"W 240.02 feet plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence S03031' 44"E 76.07 feet plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence N86028'16"E 174.85 feet, plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence S03 031' 44"E 77.60 feet plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence N86058'25"E 19.11 feet plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence N03033'44"W 162.01 feet plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence N86058'25"E 397.33 feet plus or minus, to a <br />point, thence S02058'37" 162 feet, plus or minus, to the <br />point of beginning. Property is also known as 925 Godwin <br />Street. <br /> <br />3.
