<br />tIRDttWI:E. 2007~~ , <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-07-09 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60 the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-07-09, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-2 and that said property is <br />hereby zoned as Commercial C-2. <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Commercial C-2 is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-07-09 <br /> <br />Beginning at a point at the eastern comer of Frederick <br />Boulevard and Turnpike Road; thence, in a northerly <br />direction 782.33'"= to a point; thence, in an southeasterly <br />direction 62.63'"= to a point; thence, in a northeasterly <br />direction 201.27'"= to a point; thence, in a southeasterly <br />direction 116.62'"= to a point; thence, in a northeasterly <br />direction 416.14'"= to a point; thence, in a southeasterly <br />direction 140.40'"= to a point; thence, in a southwesterly <br />direction 57.11'"= to a point; thence, in a southeasterly <br />direction 919.58'"= to a point; thence, in a southwesterly <br />direction 1147.09'"= to a point; thence, in a northwesterly <br />direction 70.36'"= to a point of the beginning. <br /> <br />3.
