<br />'-";.~'~lhlrtr liD 20. 07..-71 <br />milnlV\lll1~ II .__-- _ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000 IN THE FY 2007-2008 PARKING <br />AUTHORITY CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR WILLETT HALL PARKING <br />LOT IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $25,000 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2007-2008 <br />Parking Authority Capital Projects Fund, and that estimated revenues in said Fund are <br />increased by $25,000. <br /> <br />2. That the funding source of said appropriation is Willett Hall parking fees. <br /> <br />3. That said appropriation will be expended for Willett Hall parking lot <br />improvements. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on July 10,2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
