<br />UROttWEE ..2,007~2_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2006-2007 BEHAVIORAL <br />HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND OPERATING BUDGET AN ALLOCATION <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $750 RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT <br />OF MENTAL HEALTH, MENTAL RETARDATION AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE <br />SERVICES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $750 allocated by the Virginia Department of Mental Health, <br />Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services is hereby appropriated in the FY 2006- <br />2007 Behavioral Healthcare Services Operating Budget to be employed to provide partial <br />funding for guardians for individuals with a mental retardation diagnosis. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services Fund Operating Budget are increased by $750. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on June 12,2007. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
