<br />(I) Where applicable, the number of each reserved space that is subject to a <br />violation of subsection (a) of this section; <br />(2) The state license number and/or any other identifying information of each <br />vehicle occupying a reserved space in violation of subsection (a) of this section; <br />(3) The length of time during which a vehicle is parked in violation of <br />subsection (a) of this section; <br />(4) Any other facts, knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough <br />understanding of the circumstances attending such violation. <br /> <br />(c) Each police officer or uniformed city employee or appointee whose <br />normal duties include parking enforcement, shall attach to the vehicle a notice to the <br />owner thereof, that the vehicle has been parked in violation of a provision of such <br />regulation and instructing such owner to report to the city treasurer or the police records <br />office of the police department in regard to such violation, and to pay the penalty or state <br />objection to and intent to contest the notice of violation. Each owner may, within 14 days <br />of the time when such notice was attached to the vehicle, pay a penalty in the sum of <br />$25.00 for violation of any of the provisions of such regulation. Provided, however, the <br />penalty for an overtime parking violation in the Downtown Business District, as defined <br />in section 22-582, shall be $15.00. Ifthe owner ofthe vehicle fails to make the payment <br />within 14 days of the time when the notice was attached to the vehicle or state objection <br />to and intent to contest the notice of violation, then an additional notice shall be given the <br />owner, and an additional penalty of $1 0.00 shall be charged for the additional notice. <br />Failure of such owner to pay the penalty for the violation and the $10.00 for the <br />additional notice within 14 days from the date of such notice shall render the owner <br />subject to the penalty provided in section 22-666. <br /> <br />3.
