<br />that the Authority did not fully acquire said property prior to reconveyance due to a gap or other <br />title issue unrecognized at this time, then subject to applicable law the Authority shall have the <br />right to acquire said property in accordance with said original Redevelopment Plan, which shall <br />not be deemed to have been amended hereby with respect to said acquisition and shall apply in <br />full thereto. <br />2. Redeveloper's Obligations <br />a. Covenants in Disposition Documents <br /> <br />In all instances, Redevelopers of land within the Project Area shall be <br /> <br />required to agree, as a covenant running with the land, to such controls as are reasonably <br /> <br />required to insure the development of the land in accordance with this Plan. Such controls shall <br />include, without limitation, the following: <br />(1) The development and use of the land shall be bound by the restrictions <br />set forth in paragraph C.3.b. above. <br />(2) The Redeveloper shall begin and complete the development of Project <br />Area land pursuant to the approved plans and specifications, as set forth in paragraph C.3.a.(2) <br />above, within a reasonable time as determined by the Authority. <br />(3) The Redeveloper shall retain the interest acquired until the completion <br />of construction and development of the land acquired pursuant to this Plan, and shall not sell, <br /> <br />lease or transfer the interest acquired, or any part thereof, prior to such completion of <br /> <br />construction and development without the prior written consent of the Authority. <br /> <br />(4) The Redeveloper will not execute any covenant, agreement, lease, <br /> <br />conveyance or other instrument whereby the land purchased or leased within the Project Area is <br /> <br />restricted upon the basis of race, familial status, handicap, age, creed, color, religion, sex, or <br /> <br />national origin in the sale, lease, rental or occupancy thereof. <br /> <br />(5) The Redeveloper will comply with the regulations of the United States <br />8 <br />
