<br />(5) Parking Requirements <br />Off-street parking shall be provided as required by applicable <br /> <br />ordinances of the City. <br />(6) Off-Street Loading <br />Off-street loading facilities shall be provided for all new <br />commercial and mixed commercial and residential development, if any, in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />applicable ordinances of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />(7) Signs <br /> <br /> <br />All signs shall be erected only with the prior concurrence of the <br /> <br /> <br />Authority and in accordance with applicable ordinances of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Time Regulations To Be In Effect <br /> <br /> <br />This Plan shall remain in effect until terminated. Each parcel acquired within the <br /> <br /> <br />Project shall be subject to the terms and controls of the Plan for a period of twenty-five (25) <br />years from the date of conveyance of said parcel to a Redeveloper. <br />D. Proiect Proposals <br />I. Land Acquisition <br />All real property designated as "Previously Acquired" on the Boundary and <br /> <br /> <br />Acquisition Map, Exhibit No. I which has been fully acquired by the Authority is not designated <br /> <br /> <br />to be acquired at this time. All real property designated "Not To Be Acquired" or "Property Not <br /> <br /> <br />Designated As To Be Acquired" on the Boundary and Acquisition Map, Exhibit No.1, is not <br /> <br /> <br />designated to be acquired at this time. Provided that nothing herein shall be deemed to limit or <br /> <br /> <br />prohibit the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority or the City of Portsmouth from <br /> <br /> <br />acquiring any said property through rights of reverter, donation, auction, sale, or other similar <br /> <br /> <br />means.
