<br />d. Loans and Other Financial Assistance <br />Loans, grants, and other financial assistance may be provided to assist in <br />the achievement of the objectives of the Plan. <br />C. Land Use Requirements <br />1. Land Use MaD <br />The Land Use Map attached hereto as Exhibit No.2 indicates proposed public and <br /> <br /> <br />private land uses including major street rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Land Use Provisions and Building Requirements <br /> <br /> <br />a. Public Uses <br /> <br /> <br />Public improvements and utility easements may be provided as required to <br /> <br /> <br />carry out Plan objectives. <br />b. Public Facilities and ODen SDace <br />Land may be made available for public facilities, park and recreation <br />areas. Such recreation areas shall be designed for active and passive use and equipped with <br />appropriate improvements such as park furniture, lighting and landscaping. Such uses, if any, <br />are designated on the Land Use Map. <br />c. Residential <br />Land has been, and may continue to be, provided for new residential <br /> <br />development and for the expansion and rehabilitation of existing uses. Residential development <br /> <br />of quality, affordable housing will be encouraged. <br /> <br />5 <br />
