<br />to carry out a redevelopment plan; <br /> <br />(e) To permit the preservation, repair, or restoration of buildings of historic <br /> <br />interest; and to clear any areas acquired and install, construct, or reconstruct streets, utilities, and <br /> <br />site improvements essential to the preparation of sites for uses in accordance with this Plan; <br /> <br /> <br />(t) To provide for the conservation of portions of the Project Area and the <br /> <br /> <br />rehabilitation to Project standards of the buildings within the Project Area, as stated in this Plan, <br /> <br /> <br />where such rehabilitation is deemed to be feasible and consistent with Project objectives. <br /> <br /> <br />(g) To make land so acquired available to private enterprise ("Redevelopers") <br /> <br /> <br />or public agencies (including sale, leasing, or retention) in accordance with the Plan; or <br /> <br /> <br />(h) To assist the reconstruction of the Project Area by making loans or other <br /> <br /> <br />financial assistance for the purpose of facilitating the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation <br /> <br />or sale of housing or other improvements constructed or to be constructed on land situated within <br /> <br /> <br />the Project Area; <br /> <br /> <br />(i) To provide public improvements, facilities and amenities, including open <br /> <br /> <br />spaces, parking facilities, street improvements and modernized public utilities. <br /> <br /> <br />OJ To accomplish any combination of the foregoing to carry out the Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Summarv of Proposed Activity <br /> <br /> <br />a. Acquisition <br /> <br /> <br />The Authority does not intend to acquire any additional property under <br /> <br />this Amendment. <br /> <br />b. Clearance and Rehabilitation <br /> <br />No clearance or rehabilitation is anticipated at this time. <br /> <br />c.
