<br />ORDINANCE NOi. 0 0 6 --40 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2005-2006 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING $664,386 IN THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS FUND TO COMPLETE THE MIDTOWN <br />REDEVELOPMENT CAPITAL PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That, a public hearing having been held on May 23, 2006. after notice in <br />accordance with Va. Code Section 15.2-2507, the currently adopted budget for FY 2005- <br />2006 Capitallmprovcment Program is increased by $664.386 in order to complete the <br />Midtown R~development Capital Project: and <br /> <br />2. That the sum of$664,386 is appropriated in the FY 2005-2006 Capital <br />lmprovem~nts Fund for the Midtown Redevelopment Capital Project. and estimated <br />revenues in said Fund are increased by the same amount. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth.
