<br />~E.'" <br />r.' , . ..' <br />CRub . mJk~P~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $28,393 IN FY 2005-2006 OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES FUND TO <br />ESTABLISH SUPPORTIVE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR COMMUNITY BASED <br />CARE PROGRAMS IN PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Mental Health Mental <br />Retardatioll and Substance Abuse Services has awarded the Portsmouth Department of <br />Behavioral Healthcare Services the sum of $28,393 in Health Region V (HPR V) <br />reinvestment funding trom the reduction of acute care beds at Eastern State HospitaL <br /> <br />2. That the funds will be used to develop supportive infrastructure for <br />community based care programs in the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br />3. That the sum of $28,393 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2005-2006 <br />Operating Budget for the Behavioral Healthcare Services Fund. <br /> <br />4. That estimated revenue for FY 2005-2006 in the Behavioral Healthcare <br />Scniccs Fund is increased by $28,393. <br /> <br />5. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on May 23. 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
