<br />UrlUlNAHC[ Ntl,2oo ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,400 FROM <br />THE SENIOR SERVICES OF SOUTHEASTERN VIRGINIA AND <br />APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2006-2007 GRANTS FUND <br />BUDGET FOR A DVD LIBRARY AT THE SENIOR STATION. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the City 01' Portsmouth hereby accepts grant funds in thc amount of <br />$1,400 from the Senior Sen ices of Southeastcrn Virginia and appropriates said amount <br />in the FY 2006-2007 Urants Fund Budget to be used for a DVD library at the Senior <br />Station. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Grants Fund Budget are <br />increased by $1,400. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on November 28, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
