<br />ORDlNAtCE 1O?00Q,:.,99. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING IN THE FY 2006-2007 COMMUNITY <br />PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND BUDGET THE SUM OF <br />$100,000 IN EXCESS HOME PROGRAM INCOME RECEIVED IN FY 2006-2007 <br />TO BE USED FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT AND CLOSING COST <br />ASSISTANCE PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY THE PORTSMOUTH <br />REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the sum of $100,000 in excess HOME Program income received in <br />FY 2006 is hereby appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 Community Planning and <br />Development Program Fund Budget for use by the Down Payment and Closing Cost <br />Assistance Program administered by thc Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenue in the FY 2006-2007 Community Planning and <br />Development Program Fund Budget is increased by $100,000. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on November 28, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
