<br />ORDIHAU 10.2006,-95_ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROGRAM AND TO APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $30,000 IN THE FY <br />2006-2007 CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND FOR THE WORK RELEASE CENTER <br />RENOVATIONS AND ADDITIONS PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That it hereby amends the FY 2006-2007 Capital Improvements Program <br />and appropriates the sum of $30.000 in the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund Budget <br />to be lIsed for the Work Release Center Renovations and Additions Project. <br /> <br />2. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund <br />Budget are increased by $30,000. <br /> <br />3. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on November 14,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
