<br />ORD_~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $660,000 IN THE FY 2006-2007 RISK <br />MANAGEMENT FUND OPERATING BUDGET TO FUND A GENERAL <br />LIABILITY CLAIM SETTLEMENT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That $660,000 is appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 Risk Management <br />Fund Operating Budget to fund the general liability claim settlement with Harbor Center <br />Joint Ventures. <br /> <br />2. That the source of the appropriation is a transfer from the General Fund of <br />funds received from internal service charge-out revenue. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues in the FY 2006-2007 Risk Management Fund <br />Operating Budget are increased by $660,000. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 26, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
