<br />Sec. 16-60. Evictions <br /> <br />After 24 hours from the time of eviction a landlord shall remove material placed <br />at the curb as a result of the eviction. Ifthe landlord fails to remove these items, the <br />city's waste management division may remove these items. The charges and fees in <br />Section 16-31 shall apply. <br /> <br />5. That Sections 16-63 and 16-65 of the code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (1988) are repealed. <br /> <br />6. That this ordinance shall take effect on October I, 2006. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 26, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
